Ann Marie Beaudoin
As President, Ann Marie plans and directs the company’s strategic, operational and fiscal activities to maximize client satisfaction, and company growth and profitability. With a focus on service and results, she works closely with clients and potential clients to create customized solutions to meet their advocacy needs and exceed their expectations. Her steady focus has been on the company’s service and the recruitment of high performing team members, as the staff remains the organization’s most significant asset. Ann Marie sets the strategic vision and direction of the company. Having begun her legal career working at a litigation firm in Boston, she has represented thousands of disabled insured’s. She is a member of the National Association of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives and been a presenter at many industry conferences and seminars, including the New England Claim Association and Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc.
Megan Reid Senior Vice President, Operations
With an extensive Social Security Disability Insurance and Long Term Disability integration background, Megan leads SSAD’s client management efforts including program implementation and periodic process reviews. She plays a vital role in the development and management of the company’s specialized technologies and is focused on designing service delivery models to meet specific client needs while improving efficiency and enhancing the quality of SSAD’s overall service. She has held a variety of operational and management roles in the past including having been responsible for a client services department where she cultivated a team consisting of highly qualified account managers and client service representatives, enabling the smooth delivery of service on an accurate, timely and consistent basis. Megan is a member of the New England Claim Association.
