Nobody likes to deliver bad news.  But, in our case, we really want to hear the bad news so we can fix anything that isn’t working.

We have set up voice mail system where you can leave a message that will be heard by two people: our CEO, Ann Marie Beaudoin, and our President, Victor Arruda.  The system is completely anonymous – so it’s your choice if you leave your name.
